Why I Built BeNeXT: Education, Leadership, Social Impact and the Americas

This short film introduces the origin of BeNeXT Global and the thinking behind its education and leadership model—social impact and social entrepreneurship.

I reflect on the experiences that shaped my work across the Americas—why leadership must be proven through lived projects, not credentials alone, and how BeNeXT emerged as an institutional response to that belief.

BeNeXT Global designs and implements experiential education programs in collaboration with universities, governments, and global institutions across the hemisphere. Its flagship program, Futuro, convenes emerging and established leaders to incubate real-world social impact projects.
