THREE GENERATIONAL TRACKS
One institutional architecture. Three tracks designed for emerging, mid-career, and established project authors.
THE IMMERSIVE CONVENING
Every project author arrives with a living project. The convening is the incubation environment where that project meets institutional access, diplomatic context, and cross-border collaboration.
10 days. 4 cities. Three generational tracks of project authors engage institutional thresholds where Legacy Projects meet diplomatic access.
Three Generations One Arena
Institutional Architecture
Outcomes
Emerging (18–25)
Project authors at the beginning of their institutional journey. The convening provides the architecture to transform an idea into a living Legacy Project.
Mid-Career (26–35)
Project authors with established work seeking institutional thresholds, cross-border collaboration, and diplomatic access to advance their Legacy Projects.
Established (36+)
Seasoned leaders whose Legacy Projects have demonstrated impact. The convening provides the institutional endorsement and international networks to expand their reach.
Where Thresholds Are Crossed
FUTURO MMXXVI convenes at two institutional venues whose history and architecture amplify the work of project authors.
Georgetown University
Washington, D.C.
Home to the Legacy Architects program. Georgetown’s academic rigor and diplomatic access provide the architecture where Legacy Projects are formalized as institutional realities. Project authors move between campus, the OAS, the Smithsonian, and embassy venues across 10 days.
Spain
European Venue
The European home of FUTURO. Spain, a historic bridge between Europe, Latin America, and Africa, places project authors within centuries of transatlantic institutional architecture. The host university and venue will be confirmed shortly.
Previous and ongoing institutional venues:
Ciudad del Saber
Panama City, Panama
An international campus dedicated to innovation and hemispheric development.
Universidad Mondragón
Querétaro, México
Mondragón’s cooperative model — born in the Basque Country and extended to Mexico.
Centro Histórico
Mexico City, México
The cultural and institutional heart of Mexico City.
THE GEORGETOWN INTENSIVE
You arrive with your most important work. You leave with an institution behind it.
A 5-day intensive at Georgetown University. Project authors engage academic rigor, institutional mentorship, and the architecture to formalize their Legacy Projects as institutional realities.
THE DISTINGUISHED TRACK
Project authors who have crossed the threshold and now define the institutional architecture.
BeNeXT Fellows are the distinguished alumni whose Legacy Projects have achieved institutional recognition. They advise new cohorts, represent BeNeXT at diplomatic convenings, and shape the future of hemispheric leadership.
Those who have crossed the threshold.
Project author voices are forthcoming.
