Con una maestría en Derecho Internacional, Comercio Exterior y Jurisprudencia Internacional por el ISDE y un título en Relaciones Internacionales por la Universidad Católica Santo Domingo, lleva el rigor de la formación jurídica internacional a una carrera que abarca la Cámara de Diputados dominicana, la Fundación Corazones Generosos y casi una década como Administrador de Proyectos en el National Hispanic Institute.
