El Dr. José Luis Aguirre es médico que ejerce a ambos lados de la frontera, y construye sistemas diseñados para borrar la línea entre ellos. Certificado por el Consejo en Geriatría y Medicina Interna, ejerce en el University Medical Center de El Paso mientras funda Medikah Health, una plataforma de salud transfronteriza asociada con BeNeXT Global.
