Launch of BeNeXT Global — Founding Consulting Engagement
Before BeNeXT Global was an institution, it was a thesis. Quixote and Associates was the consulting firm that helped move it from thesis to institutional reality — the discipline of strategy, messaging, and institutional design that shaped how the ecosystem stepped into the world. The 2012 launch — and the campaign work that preceded it — bear the imprint of Quixote's hand.
Quixote and Associates partnered directly with Hector through the formative period of BeNeXT — designing the institutional voice, the strategic posture, and the public-facing architecture that allowed BeNeXT to launch with credibility. Two of Quixote's principals — Diana Ramírez, today Senior Manager of Policy and Coalitions at the National Women's Law Center, and Getsemani Ñáñez — remain part of the BeNeXT ledger as founding collaborators.
The institutional skeleton of BeNeXT Global. Strategic counsel that shaped how an ecosystem of programs, convenings, and Legacy Projects could be designed not as a startup but as an institution from the very first day. The kind of foundational relationship that doesn't show up in convening photo galleries but is upstream of everything else BeNeXT has built since.
