Futuro MMXXV — Allen Tullos, Monitor Deloitte
Monitor Deloitte — the strategy consulting practice of Deloitte, the world's largest professional-services firm — entered the Futuro institutional record in 2025, when Allen Tullos joined the MMXXV cohort in Washington as a working presenter. As a Manager at Deloitte in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, with a decade of strategy practice across the private and public sectors, Tullos brought to the cohort the institutional discipline of the firm that helps the world's largest organizations and governments make data-driven decisions at the scale of consequence.
Tullos presented as a ledgerPerson during MMXXV Day 4, walking project authors through how strategy consulting actually operates at the institutional frontier — impact assessments, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, program design and implementation, the feedback loops that connect intention to outcome. The session connected each project author's Legacy Project to the methodological architecture of Monitor Deloitte's work with governments and Fortune-scale clients.
