Luis Ignacio López Garcia is a transactional attorney at Jones Day — among the most prestigious law firms in the world, with over 2,500 attorneys across more than 40 offices on five continents. Based in the firm's Mexico City office, he structures and advises on cross-border M&A transactions, infrastructure deals, and complex commercial and finance agreements for multinational clients operating across jurisdictions, in both English and Spanish.
